WineCap Appoints Michael Zarka as Lead Advisor for North America

Investment demand for fine wines continues to grow as North American investors seek portfolio diversification and protection against inflation.

January 23 – Fine wine investment platform WineCap has appointed Michael Zarka as its North American Lead Advisor. Based in the US, Michael will help drive the firm’s vision to make wine investment accessible to investors across the country at a time when demand for the property is growing rapidly.

In this new role, Michael will be responsible for growing WineCap investors across the US, with a particular focus on California, Texas, New York and Chicago.

Michael was previously a portfolio consultant in the wine industry and prior to that, a financial advisor at Fisher Investments, where he oversaw £130 million of assets under management and managed portfolios of more than 180 customers.

Michael is a qualified Investment Counselor (series 65) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from the Pamplin School of Business at the University of Portland.
